A giant mammoth sculpture made of rice straw.
Its surface is renewed each year using straw from the latest harvest.
稲わらで作られた巨大なマンモスのオブジェ。 収穫後のわらで毎年肌を替えられています。
Kasagi Pass Kofun｜笠置峠古墳
An ancient burial mound located at Kasagi Pass, surrounded by quiet nature.
It is also recommended as a hiking route, taking about 2 hours round trip.
Early mornings may offer views of a sea of clouds.
笠置峠にある古墳で、周囲の自然とともに静かな雰囲気を感じられる史跡です。
ハイキングコースとしてもおすすめで、往復約2時間ほど。
早朝には、雲海が見られることもあります。

Half-day experience: ¥5,000 per person
Full-day experience: ¥10,000 per person
Accommodation is charged separately.
The itinerary can be discussed based on your interests.
This fee is for the guide service only.
Food, drinks, and other additional costs are charged separately.
The listed fee applies to groups of up to 3 people.
An additional ¥2,000 per person applies for groups of 4 or more.
